A registered nurse will attend your home at the agreed time to collect blood and/or urine samples for STI screening. Identity is confirmed, informed consent is obtained, and samples are collected using single-use sterile equipment. All samples are labelled immediately and securely packaged for laboratory transport.
What STI tests do you offer?
We offer STI screening options using blood and, where required, urine samples. Available tests include screening for infections such as HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and hepatitis C, with chlamydia and gonorrhoea testing available where appropriate.
Where do you provide home visits?
Home visits are currently available across Preston, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside. Your postcode will be checked during booking to confirm that we cover your area.
How and when will I receive my results?
Your results are authorised by our partner laboratory and sent securely to you once ready. Turnaround times vary depending on the tests requested.
Will my GP automatically receive my results?
No. Your results are not routinely sent to your GP. If you need medical advice, treatment or follow-up, you can choose to discuss your results with your GP or an NHS sexual health clinic.
Do you provide diagnosis or treatment?
No. 300KYA provides sample collection and laboratory testing services. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or provide treatment.
What should I do if my result is positive or reactive?
